Questions and AnswersHow do I know that the property information you give me is correct?We provide you with all of the available information on each property. This way you can verify everything. We hope you will verify everything. What happens after I have paid for my property in full?Within a week of completing payments, you will receive a copy of the deed. This is the deed we send to the county for recording. Depending on the county, it can take between 2 to 4 weeks before they record the deed into your name. Once the deed has been recorded, the property is yours to do with as you please. Can I use my self-directed retirement account to purchase your tax deed properties?Absolutely, the current market conditions and bleak real estate outlook for the near future make tax deed properties one of the wisest purchases that you can make with your retirement funds. What if I don't want to use a Credit or Debit card for my purchase, can I still buy?Yes. Besides all major credit cards we accept checks, wires transfers, money orders and bank-to-bank transfers.
